Problem

Ad implementation across Desktop Web, Mobile Web, and AMP was inconsistent, slow to extend to new properties, and lacked a single technical owner.

Solution

Took sole technical ownership of the monetization stack and built a centralized ad configuration platform deployed across 8 repositories using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
